People have said it 1000 times, excellent service, But I want to say it again. It doesn't matter if you're trying to buy $3000 worth of parts or $50, they treat you exactly the same. They're not just "parts guys" either, they've given me the best advice and have gotten me out of more than one road-block with building my z. Courteous and professional, but calling them feels a little like calling your brother because they never "talk down" to you, even if you really have the worst attitude that day. If you need to do business with anyone, I would go through them. When you call their shop, 90% of the time its either Greg or Seb that answer the phone, not a 19 year old they taught how to sell parts. For once I found a company that isn't out to get rich either, they dont charge much for parts and I'm sure they've lost a little money spending so much time gathering small/random parts for their customers, but they seem glad to do it. Calling just to ask a question, they'll talk you through it even if it takes 20 min, no other shop I've ever dealt with has done that. I'm no novice when it comes to working on cars, but these guys know everything about the z platform that actually matters. If you need a part, call them; 818 703 6272, I challenge you to not be satisfied by their service. Side notes; I am in no way benefiting from typing this other than just feeling better, I don't work for sz, I'm not getting free parts, I'm just this satisfied with their service that I want others to stop being disappointed by other companies. I'm tired of hearing people complain that ash hasn't shipped their part or something from z1 doesn't work as it should, buy what Greg or Seb recommend and your car and wallet will thank you.
